Hello!

I have a white 3G iPhone, and would love the main screen that all the applications are on to be white aswell.

Does anyone know how I would go about changing this, without jailbreaking?

Thanks,

Mark

I would like to know that too.... or I would like to be able to set a wallpaper for my homescreen

As of right now this is not possible. Apple could give us this possibility down the road in future updates, but highly unlikely. Will have to wait until jailbreak is released...

I feel jailbreaking mess the iPhone up.. so I guess ill just have to wait for a legit iPhone app or apple

I highly doubt it will happen...

I experimented with my gen1 iPhone and jailbroke it and was able to change the background of the home screen, as well as the icons, etc,etc.. it was fun but tedious at the same time..

Whether or not someone creates an App with those capabilities and whether or not Apple will allow it are anyone's guess...

As I said, I don't anticipate it happening..

really? there's no worries with jailbreaking. re-flashing the ROM has potential risks, but you don't have to be scared of jailbreaking.

Im not scared of jailbreaking but when I had the original iPhones I jailbroke one and left the other alone .... and the non jailbroken one ran better! less crashing, and etc

Wouldn't it be so cool if Apple actually have a white theme for all default icons/background/menu bars ?? It would suit the white case!!
