When ever i restart/shutdown my computer the wallpaper goes back to the default. I think its done this since ML. Is there anyway to stop this from happening? I just want my sexy Miley Cyrus wallpaper to stay.

This issue has been around since ML or possibly Lion, with no resolution to date. In your case, given your choice of wallpaper, I'd say OS X is doing you a favor! (no extra charge)
