Just getting some clarity when tweaking/enabling/disabling Background Refresh on AW to to max battery life

I presume one would want phone, messages enabled by default.
I do use -timers- all the time. Sometimes i set it on the phone for 1hr, or I tell Siri on the Watch to set if for X hr (parking meter).
Sime timers=synched to both AW/IP, one would want that enabled right ? If Timers Background Refresh is turned off, if the timer goes off on the phone, that would mean the Watch would not be in sync and alert me right ?

Timer, Messages, Alarms all work fine without Background Refresh enabled. I keep everything off and have never noticed an issue. Give it a try.
