Hi,

I'm new to imac i just got my first imac 1 month ago, and i have a question, where are the apps that are started when the imac is turned on? .... more specially i'm want to find where is started the app from the J2EE (update tool) that tells you when updates are available and show a pop up under the clock.

Thanks a lot

First you can try Preferences>Accounts>Your Account>Login Items.

If its not in there you can check with "launchctl"
Run a Terminal. Appications>Utilities>Terminal
Type the following "launchctl list" and hit enter, it will give you a list of the other items being started by your system.

Found it

Hi,

Thanks a lot i was able to fund it under folder:
<user home>/Library/LaunchAgents

Thanks
