Backgrounder for ipad?

I have backgrounder installed on my ipad. How do I switch between apps using backgrounder?

Backgrounder just allow the Apps to run in the background, you switch App same way you always have switch, you click the home bottom and them click on the icon, now if you want a "Quick Switcher" like the one on iOS4 you need install another app, like Switcher Pro or my favorite Multifl0w (not sure if they were updated for the iPad, i know they run smooth on iP4).
