iPod touch Backgrounder tweak deb download

From what I understood the developer of this tweak has abandoned it, Backgrounder from Cydia contains bugs, and the only way to get it working is installing the deb file with iFile.
I hope it's okay asking here, does anybody have a download for the Backgrounder tweak deb file? I haven't found it after searching Google.
(The tweak is free, so it's not piracy)

The latest version of Backgrounder was recently updated to be compatible with iOS 5. It's essentially the same as the other unofficial .deb files floating around.
