Checked the search bar, but couldn't find anything about good background websites you use for iPhone / iPod Touch. I'm looking for a nice looking, professional backgrounds (Wood patterns, things like that).

What are some websites with good backgrounds? Please don't mention InterFacelift or simple desktops!

I used to grab lots of good wallpapers from deviantart.com Not sure if that is still a viable source.

lol, posted a few links and then re-read your post and saw that one of the links you specifically mentioned not to post. There are some nice wood patterns and apple logos at Wallpaperswide though.
