I would like to back up all my files from my hard drive onto some DVD+R's. I am running my macbook pro on 10.4.11 and I have been searching for literally hours and cannot find a way to do this. Can anyone please help me?

It would be better to use an external hard drive and something like Carbon Copy Cloner.

I know that but I don't have access to a hard drive. Is there a way to do it with disks?

There might be burning software that allows you to split a project across more than one disc, then you'd just have to add your entire drive to the project.

That's a step in the right direction at least. Is there any software you could suggest?

Also, if I were to get access to a hard drive, are there any guides that you could direct me to?

Pretty sure that Toast could do that. Hard drive would be much much quicker and easier though.
