Backing up a Drive that won't mount?

It's an iPod, but I've been asked this question before regardless.
Won't mount, when attempting repair in Disk Utility, notes "Broken Sibling Link" and then says it cannot continue the repair.

Please help, this is 7,601 songs with videos I'd rather not lose.
And, I want to put Slash's album on it.

Are the music and videos not in the iTunes Library on your Mac?

No. It has music consolidated from three computers.
Also, it's my flash drive - I have a copy of Warcraft III and a bundle of utility apps on there.
