Hi,

I have an issue with my iPhone 4s have a couple weird issues, with iMessage and Push notifications only working over wifi. As well with tethering not working. If I perform an erase all content and settings everything works perfectly, however if I restore from my backup either from iTunes or over iCloud it won't work. I'm assuming I have some corrupted system file(s) which is causing this. What I want to do is to get these things working, however I still want to keep my app data, texts, pictures and among other things. I'm thinking the way to accomplish is so backup only the texts, app data, and pictures. Perform an erase all content and settings and restore only the texts, app data, and pictures. I'm pretty much open to any methods (jailbreaking and non-jailbreaking) as long as I can get iMessage, Push and tethering working while retaining my text, app data and pictures.

Thanks :apple:
