Hi there,

Can anyone recommend a way of backing up and restoring all of my uTorrent settings and stats?

I'm looking to do a clean install of Mavericks, and although I know where all the files are, i'm not sure where in the world the settings are kept on Mountain Lion.

Previously on my PC whenever I'd do a clean install I'd use this program: https://code.google.com/p/utorrent-backup/

...however I haven't seen anything as simple so far for OSX.

Any help gratefully received :)

If it follows Apples software guidelines then it should have put the files in your users /Library/Application Support directory most likely in a directory named uTorrent.

I did try this already. But there is nothing in Application Support to do with uTorrent:(

Perhaps in the system library directory then or the old fashioned method open Terminal then use locate utorrent to see what it can find.
