What would be the best way to copy all the files from an NTFS drive to an HFS+ drive? Is there a backup or cloning software that can do this easily? I've had trouble finding an application that can do this across file systems, and was hoping somone here may have a experience with this. Thanks in advance!

In what context are you trying to do this?

If you literally just wanted to copy all the files you could drag and drop them onto your HFS+ partition.

If you wanted to backup a bootcamp partition for example you could use a program like winclone. I have used this program quite a few times in the past and found it to be perfect for my needs.
