Hi,
Hope this finds you well.
I will soon be doing a back-up of my hard drive in order to upgrade from Tiger to Snow Leopard.
I want to make sure my e-mails are all backed-up. All of my e-mail accounts are synched to Entourage by having set-up IMAP accounts (which means they're stored on the server right?) Occasionally I'll get an error msg saying that an e-mail needed to be stored in the local folder. Where would that be?
Also, I came-across the following article from the mac website about the "right" way to back-up in order to upgrade to Snow Leopard:
http://www.cultofmac.com/how-to-upgrade-to-snow-leopard-the-right-way/15141
Is all this really necessary?
I appreciate your time and look forward to hearing back from you soon.
Thanks.
