Backing up FolderEnhancer

I know that I'm probably in the minority here but I still don't use folders. I was thinking about using FolderEnhancer but before I do I want to know what I'm getting into. If I go through the trouble of creating all those folders and moving my apps into them, is there a way to back up the layout (pkgbackup or something else) so I can restore the layout if I upgrade my jb or whatever? I've heard of Springback but it doesn't appear to be ios 5 compatible. Can Springtomize 2 back up the layout? I just don't want to have to go through the trouble of creating folders and moving all of those apps around every time I have to upgrade.
