a simulacrum
right,i've asked people and they said i should clone my whole HD to an external in order to do a fresh install of leopard, so that if i don't like it i can revert to my backup.
superduper has been suggested, so i got it.
my question is, if i don't like leopard for some reason and want to get back to tiger, how do i format my powerbook and revert to my backup, get things back to the way they are now?

also, one other question i have about leopard:
i get kernel panics on my mac when it wakes from sleep.
i have tried everything, got tech tool pro as well, ran all kinds of tests and got no errors whatsoever.
i have no clue as to what is to blame.
do you think that Leopard's new architecture and insides will be able to make this go away?
