Backing up iLife + Office

Hey, im going to get Tiger and am going to the archive and install option, this is my first upgrade so im curios about the two following backup questions.
1) Do i just back the iLife apps from the application folder to backup. Or is there more such as garagebands loops and etc under library-application support. This is a problem as the iLife suite came with my computer so i cant just install again off the cd.

2) I own Microsoft Office, do i have to back it up or can i install it again with the same cd key being used.

If you are doing the archive and install option, just back up your files. This option doesn't touch the application folder or home folder, just the system.
