I haven't found a definitive answer on what jailbreak data is backed up in itunes.
My story - I backed up my jb 3gs in itunes, then restored that backup to iphone 4. I open mywi on the new phone, and it still had my hotspot name from the 3gs. I was expecting everything related to the jb to be gone, but obviously some of it is backed up in itunes. I did not use any of cydia's backup apps; I reinstalled those manually.
Does anyone know exactly what type of jb data is saved, and what is not, when backing up a jb device in itunes?
