Backing Up/Restoring from another computer

Hi Guys,

A bit of a dillema. Thing is, I backed up my iPhone last week, and today I sold my motherboard and will be buying a new one. With this new motherboard, I will have to reinstall windows...
My question is, how can I restore from backup if I have reinstalled windows.... will my NEW itunes still have that backup ...
