I apologize if this is the wrong forum but I have a question.

When I connect my iPhone 5 to my PC and then to iTunes. I am allowed to back up or sync my phone. I normally do this to iCloud via my wifi at night when I charge it.

My question is.....Why can I not find any of the pictures from my camera roll on the PC? Do they save somewhere else if at all? Perhaps I am looking in the wrong place. I went to "my pictures" within "my documents" on my PC.

I'm such a noob! :)

Any help someone can provide would be greatly appreciated.

Backup stores everything in special files. You can't access the files.

Sync puts photos on your phone but not the other way around.

If it's a PC just open my computer and you will see the phone listed as an attached drive

The other option is to use photostream by installing the apple icloud control panel.
