I have three hard drives, is there a way to backup everything in one go?

Here is my setup:

- Main hard drive: 1TB
- Media hard drive: 2TB split into two 1TB's
- Backup solution: 2TB

I would like to backup the main hard drive, the two portions of the media hard drive all to the backup without splitting the hard drive.

Yeah, it is. Not sure how Time Machine handles it but Carbon Copy Cloner works

TimeMachine wont work for me since i add and remove around 1GB worth for media daily, and TM will just be increasing.

Inetresting math. Even if you don't use a versioning system like Time Machine, you may find it difficult to back up 3 TB of data to a 2 TB hard drive.
