Backing up Through Games Center?

Hi all,
I have a problem with backing up all my save game data - all the content/coins that I purchased a long time ago seems wasn't sync to my new iDevice.
Did spend some money for this, so can you please let me know if there is a way to get them without backing up thru iTune please ( because I got my PC formatted )
