On The Nickel, over there....
Hi,
I'm new to both iMacs and .Mac. I'm trying to back up my documents and photos to .Mac. I thought you could just drag and drop the folders from the Finder to the iDisk area of .Mac. This doesn't work for me. So I tried the Backup app. For photos it only gives me the option of burning them to a DVD, not uploading them to Disk.
Am I expecting too much from iDisk? Or more probably, am I doing this all wrong? Any help is much appreciated. Thanks,
Morod

not a problem backing up

Open the Back-up application, and from within the application, you can set all the preferences you want. You can set the time of back-up, When to back-up, What to back-up. and on and on and on. Enjoy!
