backing up to Windows?

Is there an application that I could use to backup my Mac to a windows computer? Time Machine does seem to be able to do this after considerable tweaking, but it's susceptible to corruption. CCC doesn't work either. Is there something that natively supports this feature? Thanks!

If you're up for learning some command line action you could learn how to use the rsync command. I do some backups using it. Though I haven't tried it, you can take a look at LaCie's SilverKeeper, which allows for backing up over a network.

I've always been curious about how it does that. Normal WHS isn't able to act as time machine locations. What did HP do to allow for this ability?
