All iPads Backing up whole camera roll

Hello, I want to backup whole camera.app only which contain ~ 1250 photos and 30 videos... My problem is that i backed up my iPad on iTunes and iCloud at same time, but when I restored from iTunes, all my apps are gone... So I need to restore from iCloud now but I dont have any photos in my iCloud backup... Is it possible to backup only photos somewhere, do iCloud restore, and then can I get all photos back to iPad so I'll see them with correct date and time and also with geographical tags?

No, you won't be able to delete from the iPad, only by resyncing.

For future reference, when you make a iTunes backup, also do a "transfer purchase." This will copy your apps to your computer, so when you restore from an iTunes backup, the apps will be synced back.

So theoretically if I restore back from iCloud backup, then I click on "transfer purchases" and then I restore back from iTunes backup, I will have all photos in camera roll and also all apps & data in iPad? Is transfering of purchases (backing up apps) independend of iTunes backup?

Theoretically, yes. And as far as I can tell, transfer purchases do appear to be independent of iTunes backup.

Just be careful you don't overwrite the backup that contains your pictures and videos while trying this. I'd make a backup of the backup to be sure. For where to find the backup, see:
