Backing Up Windows Partition

I'm going to install Windows 8 but before going all in, I need to make sure everything deploys correctly. So I want to back up my current boot camp partition.

I don't want to backup my entire drive, just the boot camp partition, so that I'll be able to slide it back in as if nothing happened if 8 goes bad. Can I do that? I have 3 visible partitions: 10.9, 10.9 recovery and Windows.
