I have an issue with my Macbook Pro 15" 2017. The backlight for the screen comes on but there is no display showing. I rang Apple and ran through some key sequences but nothing seemed to work! I have applecare+ but never dealt with Apple customer service before im unsure as to what to expect instore tomorrow.

Has anyone had this issue before, or got any advice for Apple customer service?

Here in the states the store experience is pretty straight forward. They will see if they can make it work. If not, they will send it out for repairs and collect your contact info, etc. They may or may not provide you a time window for the repairs.

I hope it is nothing serious and the store can get you fixed up.
