Hi Everyone,

my backlit keyboard has recently started to act up, and I was wondering if anyone has had a similar experience and or knows how to fix this.

It has recently started at random times to not let me manually adjust backlight at all, randomly turning it off and disabling the two buttons to adjust it. It is a unibody macbook 2.4

If there is direct light on the sensor (left of the iSight), the key lights will automatically go off and it won't let you turn them back on until you're out of direct light or in a darker environment.
Next time it acts up, just put your thumb over your iSight and the area to its left, and you'll notice the light coming back on.
