I used to use BackOff on the PC to stop backups on every connection to a phone or iPad. Now it seems not to work, and the backups are back again.

I prefer just to manually backup the phone before an update. It's so slow on every sync just to back up for no real reason.

Is there any way to disable automatic backup now on sync?
