Backup 3 Recovery help

Having a problem recovering incremental backup files from Backup 3.
It gives three options to Restore but none of them can find the files (I can choose it in the selection box)
The 3 options are to Locate, Continue or Stop Restore.
Anyone found an easier way?
I can't recover specific files. Running OS 10.4.11

Help please.
