I'm currently running 8.3 on my iPhone 6. My phone has been running sluggish and freezing here and there for a while now. A few weeks ago I decided it was time to restore to new and start over (not restore from a backup). However, once I got logged in and running, I noticed all my Activity App data that I had built up over the last month while using my Apple Watch was gone! I know these data are backed up with the iCloud or iTunes backup, but is there away to restore a phone to new but still have all my activity data? I want to restore to a fresh 8.3 version, or for sure, 8.4 as new when it drops. Any advice? I found the below thread and it looks like there isn't the option to start fresh and still have your activity data (like having Notes, contacts, etc. saved in iCloud). I had to restore my 8.3 backup that day just to get my data back. But I'm still dealing with the sluggishness and freezing of a phone that needs a fresh restore.
