Backup and switch to new iPhone, what's the best way?

My power button is broken, so I now have to go to the apple store to switch it out to a new one. I'm jailbroken, so I was thinking of picking up the refurb at the store, JBing it, and then pkgbackup, itunes, and aptbackup to restore my iPhone back to how it was.

Would this work or not?
