Backup Bootcamp to AirPort Extreme Hard Disk

My Macbook has bootcamp which I use to run windows 10. I backup my macbook wirelessly or on Ethernet to the external hard disk connected to my AirPort Extreme. I would like to know if I can backup both my MacOs as well as Windows partition contents by using this backup method.
