backup DVD - constant error

Howdy folks:

i am trying to back up some DVD's - trying to follow the instructions from Macdonkey

I get as far as trying to copy the DVD TO DVD2OneX2- I bought the latest dowload version - message popps up " encrypted data protected - when I copied onto DVDBackup1.3 I unchecked both encryption boxes

any suggestions

thanks for the reply - in place of DVD2onex2 - or in place of DVDbackup?

i am hoping its in place of DVD backup -

I have heard those speak less of Macthe Ripper??????
