Backup faulty since 10.3.9

Since the 10.3.9 upgrade, backup has not been operating properly. It doesn't seem to recognise itunes files, and it puts files in the wrong categories ie word docs under mail. Anyone else had the same problem since? I think that everything is backing up, its just not displaying properly.

still having problem with this. Now i believe that backup is no longer recognising word files and is not backing them up.

Does backup work in tiger?

I haven't used backup but use Carbon Copy Cloner under 10.3.9, to back up my entire drive. BTW, has anyone a recommendation for a backup utility under Tiger until Mike Bombich has CCC updated. This is the main reason why my PowerMac is still running 10.3.9.

Superduper is what I'm using under Tiger.

It's free for complete backups. You pay $20 if you want to do incremental backups or use their safety clone stuff.
