I have a jailbroken phone and since i have jailbroken, I have made progress in games. Since it is jailbroken, can I still backup this data using itunes? Is there another way to backup?

App Store game saves and data are stored in the iPhone backup. Im not sure where the backup is for the Cydia Store game saves and data, but they have to exist somewhere on the iPhone, so they should be able to saved somehow.
Its a semi complicated process, but its doable. Use Chronus:

Thanks for the replies. Just to clarify, I'm looking for a way to backup game data from apps which I legally purchased using the AppStore, not apps from the other "Appstore" with a green icon, if you know what I mean. Can I backup the data from these official apps the same way I would with a non-jailbroken phone?
That just allows you to look at the Appstore stuff. You also need SQLite Database Browser to view the contents.
