Backup Hangs on Jailbroken 2.0.1?

Hello All,

I have a jailbroken, AT&T legit, .ipa install set up, 2G phone. I cant seem to get it to fully back up. It either goes super slow, or gets almost done and hangs. Is this common with jailbroken phones, or do I have a larger issue? Is the .ipa install hack the issue?
