Backup help pleasee

So, I have restored my iphone.And as choosing my option , to load my backup I have choosen to backup from ICloud.And it starts to backup and then after 2 minutes it just crashes.Now all my music, pictures, game progress is gone .Please help I really appreciate it.

I would wipe and restore over again. Make sure you have a very good internet connection. Your iCloud backup should still be there.

I'll try it. But now in settings and in ICloud i see there is just 500 mb of backup and 5 days ago there was 3,7 gb of backup
