Ok so I updated my Windows XP to Windows 7. Right before this update I backed up my iphone. A day after this upgrade, my iphone broke and Apple gave me a brand new one.

Got home and when I attempted to restore from my previous backup it wasn't there. I found my old backup files located under Windows.old which is where Windows puts your old files after upgrading to Windows 7.

I was able to put the old backup files into the new itunes folder and it worked as far as my contacts, messages, notes, etc, however, my apps were gone.

Again, I found the Mobile Applications folder under the Windows.old, however, not all the apps I had are there. Am I missing something?
Also, my ringtones were missing. And again was able to find them but it is saying that it is associated with another itunes or something along those lines.

Basically want to know what files exactly can I take from the old itunes folder and put in the new itunes folder and which files should I remove from the new itunes folder to make room for the old files. Hope this all makes sense.
