Backup iphone messages and restore on new iphone?

I was wondering if there was an easy way without jailbreak to backup both SMS messages and iMessages from iPhone to restore on a new one please?

It also backups all other settings and files which he probably does not want.

Independently you cannot backup only messages/imessages.
