Backup iTunes Purchases to External USB?

I have a large iTunes library comprised of content purchased from the iTunes Store, and encodes from my CD/DVD collection. While this library is stored on a NAS, I'd like to be able to backup just my iTunes purchases to another external USB hard drive (the original discs are backups for the rest). Unfortunately, Apple has not added the ability to use their backup functionality to anything other than a CD/DVD. Does anyone know of a third party utility that will let me do this?
