I'm not sure if this is possible on Mac vis native or 3rd party app.

I want to mirror folders. If I add/remove/change a file in one folder, I want it to make the update to another folder (which I would have setup as a mirror of the original folder) without me having to initiate the sync. I would like to keep an exact replica of my documents folder and a few other folders on my mac, my thumb drive, and my iDISK without having to copy everything to each disk.

Anything in existence that can do this?

I use Chronosync (Econtechnologies.com) to mirror folders at home with those at work (using a pendrive as a vector). I synch them manually, however the software has got a scheduler that may fit your needs.

Great program.. Just got it setup. Looks like it does everything I was looking for, for the most part anyway. Thanks for the suggestion.. I have my bi-directional sync setup for every 15 minutes to iDisk and then my iDisk auto sync with @me.com..
