backup of snow leopard with bootcamp

At work we have orderd a retail copy of snow leopard.

How can I make a backup copy of this that will include the BootCamp stuff too? I made a copy using disk utility to test and it struggled to read in osx but got there in the end then booted into windows and it didn't see anything!
