Backup one folder on an external drive with Time Machine

I want to backup my iTunes folder but nothing else. There isn't much other stuff important on my Mac Mini and it's been fine anyways. The iTunes library is about 60GB and is stored on my external LaCie drive. I also have another LaCie plugged into my Mac Mini which I want to just use to backup my iTunes library. Is there a way to make Time Machine only backup this one folder from on drive to another?

Yes go into the Time Machine settings and tell it to only backup what you want.
