Backup over the air to other mac

Hi guys!

Is it possible to make a full backup of a MacBook Air to another MacBook?
My girlfriend has a MacBook Air with only 64GB and I'd like to back it up before updating to Lion. I don't have here with me my external HDD.

Can I do the backup through Wi-Fi?

No, not a full backup. I think you'd be better off going to get that external. You can send stuff like her iTunes library, but that's not what you are really after...A full TM backup and stuff on your external...It's the only safe way. And will ensure she is still your girlfriend after the upgrade..!

Having thought about it for about it for a moment.

You could do a full optical backup, if you have DVD's aplenty there..?

Maybe you can help me with something else.
I want to do a full restore on my iPhone 3GS.
I just changed the region of my iTunes Store.
I had Swedish iTunes Store before and now I have the US Store.
I need to delete all applications and re-download them again in order to get the notifications working again.
What is the best way to to a full restore (putting everything clean, like when it came out of the box).
Another reason for this full restore is also a problem I'm having when I connect my headphones. When the headphones are connect and I receive an incoming call, there is no ringing from the built in speakers, only from the headphones.

But it sounds like there is a hardware issue with the sound too?

No, no JB.
When I reboot the phone, it works fine.
But after some time, then it stops working.
Don´t know why, that´s why I think full restore could fix it.
