Hello all...so I will try to make this clear without bungling it...

I decided today, after initially setting up my iPhone 4s as a new phone, to restore the phone from a backup. I wanted to restore lost text conversations and restore photos. And after the restore those things were restored just fine.

Here is the problem. I also restored from back up because I wanted to restore my financial data and password data for the following programs: pocket money and ascend data vault. After the restore, the data for those two apps is all there...GOOD! But, when I click on my iPhone inside iTunes and navigate to the app tag and click sync apps, I get the following message:

Are you sure you want to sync apps? All existing apps and their data on the iPhone “Sean Leon’s iPhone” will be replaced with apps from this iTunes library.

After syncing, all the data is erased and the apps are installed as new. What can I do to ensure that all the data remains? Please help...
