Backup Problem

Hi,
So basically before restoring the backup I closed syncing automatically and after restoring the backup I retrieved the notes.However a minute later,the notes just disappear again.Thanks for the help.And are there any way to restore a deleted note from iPhone without backup and iCloud since there is a note missing.
