backup question on fat 32

well i cant clone apparently on my fat32 external drive and i dont want to erase and reformat just yet.


so because of this, what folders do i need to copy so ally software works aka with serials and all that jazz. i would be a pain to have to re enter all of them again.

should the home folder be adequate?
