App Store apps are easy to back up. As long as you sync your iPhone with your computer all the apps you got through App Store will be imported into your applications section of iTunes. But cydia apps will need to be redownloaded. Or I use AptBackup to backup my apps. Try that. :)

Every time I try to Backup my apps in iTunes, halfway in the process I get a error saying "We're sorry, iTunes needs to be closed" and I need to close iTunes.

What's the problem?

How would I backup all my Appstore apps?
I tried using AppBackup ... But It never works for me.
It opens, Crashes and Crashes.

AppBackup does this to me when I have apps with Japanese names on my ipod. Do you have any apps on your ipod with non-english names? If so, try removing those apps.

apybackup will only backup cydia installed apps, if you have app store apps on your pc/mac then your apps are safe, if you purchase apps on your touch then when iTunes is loaded just right click on the iPod in the laft pane and click on transfer purchases

I do exactly so! But halfway through, the process stops and I have to Close iTunes because of an error code.

Should I Re-Install iTunes?
Oh! and what are the libraries/Files/ETC needed for AppBackup to Run?
(Like Python or ... Whatever)
If someone could give me a list of those I could try re-installing those from Cydia as well.
