Which backup application do you use, among SuperDuper and Restrospect? How do they compare in ease of use and features?

If you've used only one of them, why do you like it (if you do)? :)

Retrospect is powerful and has some nice features (such as backing files in 600MB pieces so you can burn them on CDs, although backing up on a DVD is probably more common now). However, it is not intuitive to use at all. The menus in Superduper seems like everyday Englsh, easy to understand.
