Backup To Different Machine?

Problem, collect my iPhone 5 tomorrow, so went to sync my iPhone today to my mac but totally forget it is synced to my old windows PC, I authorised this mac on my account but when I go to sync it says I will loose all my current apps, contacts etc etc.

Is there away that I can do a FULL backup to the back? Including my apps, contacts and photos which are the main things?
